This, the largest gym in northwest Miami, spreads out over 20,000 square feet. Weight machines, classrooms, and other areas where members actively pursue their fitness goals take a great deal of the space. A snack bar and a pro shop are the only two facilities in which to kick back and relax. The staff is friendly and helpful and are advocates of fitness, strength, and the body beautiful.
