We interviewed 3 different companies for a small home renovation project to include wood floors inside, a country front porch, and a 12x12 shed in the back yard. Commonwealth Ventures of Virginia, LLC gave the middle price, but seemed to have the best customer service. The owner/contractor was prompt to reply and seemed knowledgable about the services we requested. We signed our contract on April 1 and construction started May 1 after obtaining permits. The signed contract stated 45 days for completion of the project. It is now June 30th and the only thing complete are the wood floors...
