Do not give them your money! We contracted with Kurt Rudisill to build a patio for us and gave him a deposit. He did not even begin the work! We tried to get the money back, but couldn't. We were awarded a judgment against him, and hired a collection company to get our money back, but we didn't get any of it. Do not give him any money in advance!!!

Stay away from them! We contracted with Kurt Rudisill to build a patio and planter for us. We gave him a deposit for the work. He cashed the check, but did not do the work. We won a judgment against him through the court system in Va. Beach, but we were unable to collect. We even hired a collection company, but he couldn't collect either. Definitely do not give them money in advance!
