The hotel was great,  the front desk has the best customer service. My room was spacious and clean and the candy was a nice touch.!\n\nThe only thing I wasn't happy about my room was the shower curtain rod was being held up by a bungee cord attached to the ceiling so you could only close the curtain half way.

the immediate service to my television \n\nI made a suggestion to the manager to put softer Towels in the Workout Room the ones their using are toooo ! rough and should be used for cleaning not for the body .

From the time we checked in everyone was very helpful. I was in town for my Granddaughter's graduation from college. The hotel was only 2 miles from the venue. The staff was very helpful in explaining our location and the fun things to see while.\n\nno

Its location is fine and the room itself was clean.\n\nPetty, I know but..I called the hotel to confirm twice and ask about anything particular I should know since I was coming in late. So why didn't they tell me my room was on the 3rd fl and the elevator was broken? Or that the sound on my TV didn't work?
