Great exterior w/aged interior

Great location with nice exterior finishes, but aged room especially smelly room (carpet?) and aged furniture. Front desk staff was bit unfriendly and blunt on room preference request. Breakfast staff was busy playing with phone in backroom while breakfast counter was empty at 9:15 AM.

I was unlucky enough to get a stomach bug while traveling but was fortunate enough to be at this hotel. The staff members were kind enough to get me special food to my door so I would feel better. I would stay here again just for the courteous and kind service.

Lack of adequate drinking water

The hotel has an area where they serve food including a complimentary breakfast. I have stayed here on and off for the last year after they reopened as a Best Western. They have a water container in the food area and it used to contain water. It has been empty the times I stayed over the past 3 months. They don't have water coolers so the only source of drinking water is from the room sink. I...
