Location. No signage near the road for entrance. Staff needed improved professional appearance. Indoor pool needs to be labeled seasonal pool. Waffles were only thing worth eating. The rooms needed cosmetic attention. Get what you pay for. Not good quality.
The toilet made a hissing noise due to the plumbing. The bathroom tub stopper did not stay up and I was told to use a rag to prop it open. The water had a slight discoloration to it when I ran a bath for my child. I was also assigned to a occupied room.
Pool was not kept well, breakfast was continental with nasty spuds, cold sausage, biscuits we it nasty gravy, eggs available a whole 2 days a week per front desk, Tues and Thurs. Basically breakfast was not included if you had taste buds.
The beds were very comfy especially when we arrived late on the night we stayed. The front desk staff.. Named Stephanie was more interested in the gentleman who were standing around her desk than the ants that were eating all the cereal and she even questioned me when I asked did they have any water in the breakfast area, WHY?
