I have to agree with most of the others on here that the front desk people were not friendly, didnt smile,and acted like they did not want to deal with me. When your on vacation you need that smile! Pay someone who actually wants to be there! The room was ok, could have been better, the window was broken, so you couldnt close it and the room smelled a little stale. The bed linens didn't look...
-Lobby looks great, location is super to travel destination, breakfast was good, ac broken and it was hot in lobby, rooms do not look like web site pictures
-rooms were dirty, walls need painted, shower curtain hanging with three hooks, shower rod bent, shower stall dirty and slippery, something in bed linens(2 separate rooms) made us feel like we were being bitten and/or itchy, hallway...
The room was old and the carpet was dirty and need to be replaced. The water did not drain well in the bath tub. When taking a shower the water would fill up in the tub.
It was a nice place but man, the front desk had attitude. From the time I called to make reservation to the time I checked out, and I swear I didn't ask for ANY special requests. I recommend just laying low and stay out of their hair. Plenty of other Comforts in the area that probably have better service.
