Comfortable for a few nights however the breakfast was less than satisfying: attendant played on her phone while guests were lacking food or paper products. Greeting was nice even through they were training someone they noted our presence and attended to us quickly. Room was clean. Very convenient to all areas of Newport News.

Tish was wonderful in getting our rooms set with our needs. Rooms were clean and bedding comfortable. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Yvette and others were always social and welcoming. Plan to stay there again in early June.

I absolutely loved my stay at Comfort Inn in Newport News, VA. My trip was short but my drive was very long. I was able to get into my room right away. It was nice and clean. I had some issues with the bathroom, but the friendly staff IMMEDIATELY gave me another room and offered their apologies for the inconvenience....
