The sweet lady that was staffing the continental breakfast area was helpful and freindly. My husband and I were impressed by the condition of the room and how clean it was. Air conditioning was easy to manage and kept the room confortable all night.

The hotel was hard to find. The bed was rock hard. I did not use the appliances in the room but they looked really outdated. The breakfast was not good and was in a congested area

Saw this hotel rated high but was disappointed with room and breakfast. Half of the outlets in our room didn't work. Bathroom was very small. Room was large but sparsely decorated.

Clean, quaint. Easy access of highway but a bit far to restaurants that were open a little later in the evening on a Tuesday. The room was large and very clean. Staff were friendly.

We are in Wytheville once or twice a year, and we always stay in this Comfort Inn. We have always had a great stay, always clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly.
