The hotel staff didn't seemed like they had any training on customer service. The hotel seemed under staffed. I would not stay here again if I could help it.

Besides the cobwebs in the corners & the air conditioner not working, we had 2 adjoining rooms hooked up to our room. The first adjoining room was on the left wall next to the dresser & the second adjoining room was on the opposite wall next to our bed. The gap under the adjoining rooms doors was about an inch and we heard every single thing from the other rooms. You should never have a room...

I have no complaints at all. It was a warm friendly atmosphere as soon as I walked in with my husband and my 80 year old mother and mother in-law. the rooms were side by side as I requested, the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms smelt fresh and they were clean.
