Location.\n\nCold hot tub.\n\nWhen we checked in, the clerk told us the hot tub and pool were working. Later that night, tried to use the hot tub and it was cold. The clerk said, "Oh yea, it broke today and is not yet fixed." She could have told us when we check in.

It was very clean.\n\nThey gave out our room number to friends who just happened to see our vehicle there.\n\nOur air conditioner did not work. We tried to sleep with the window open, but it was too noisy. At 2 am (we were so hot)my husband took the cover off the unit and worked on it.
