Once again - Comcast completely drops the ball on everything. It is simply to much to write on how bad they screw up the phone calls, to the delivery time, to the email set up, to the billing. Once the product is in - it works great - but working with anyone from comcast is worst then going to the dentist for a root canal in a 3rd world country
