do not use comcast! what else do i need to say? They asked me to return my equipment and disconnect my account by some ridiculous reasons. I wish I could give negative stars. Just use some other company's internet service, any of them are better than COMCAST! .I.

Poor communication, some really inconvenient outages when I had work stuff due, etc.But fundamentally I'm changing to RCN because they seem *slightly* less evil, and also for 110-115mbps the cheapest unbundled deal Comcast has today was $79, but just $49 with RCN. Plus I'd feel a little better not supporting one of the most unpleasant companies in the country and their monopoly.
