Comcast business service representative Brad Ferrin lied to us.

Brad Farrin Comcast business services representative stood us up for meetings three times and lied to us about our actual set up,costs and overstated the service provided by Comcast.

We were double billed and our contract was for a three year and not a one year contract. Brad Ferrin was the worst representative we have ever encountered.

I miss dish network i have had problems with comcast since i have first got it it fuzzes looses signal more than dish ever did and if i am paying so much for your cable shouldnt i get better service horrible horrible service

Dropped Internet service, was sent to India on the phone. After trying to talk to 3 different people they sent a service man. Service guy comes out says it is working now. And it is. Now agian dropping all day and night. We need to have compaction. My only choise is comcast. Come on. We have no cable service from them just Internet.
