I'm sooooo sick of this shit service!!! DVR is bullshit, always saying "it's not available at this time, please try back later'! Really??? I have to watch MY shows on THEIR time???On demand is always freezing up in the middle of shows, have to sit and wait for it to unfreeze then reboot!!! What the hell are we paying over $200 a month for??? Frustration? Bullshit??? I'd love to dump your shit...

I am so sick of all the commerecials. We were watching a program last night and we counted 16 commercials in a row during one commercial break. That is way too much. I also wish there were less of the stupid "reality" shows.
