Buyer BEWARE of their "TWO YEAR" contract. It sounds good, but it seems that they can just raise their rates via a back door method and you will still be stuck with the price increases AND stuck...

Today is another story! There are only 3 windows open and 17 customers. This trip has 2 hours written all over it. Comcast please hire more customer service representatives!!!!!

If I could think of all the professional bad words I could use to describe comcast, it still would not give you an idea of how terrible their customer service and service is.....It is truly ridiculous and the only reason i deal with them is because the association where my condo is does not allow dish or satellite... :(

Total morons!! Their east division doesn't talk to the west - their sales department doesn't talk to their billing - their customer agent wait times are about 45 minutes and then h get...
