Our company just switch business service to Comcast on 4/15 .. problems after problems, that everyone claims they fixed it. Now tonight we find out our phone doesn't work at all

message says " # is not a working number" no one seems to know whats going on. Now they telling me they can't get anyone out to fix till tomorrow. We are a 24/7 responses security company, that can't response to anyone...

I have had the xfinity x1 platform in my new house about 4 or 5 months. Aside from the fact that I had to schedule 3 different appointments to get it installed. It also took 3 and a half months and 10 phone calls to get them to bury the line across my back yard. I placed a call to Comcast today to pay a bill and order internet service. The sales rep was nice up until after she received my payment. I was simply asking her question in reference to their pricing options on line. She became very rude and cut me off trying to end the conversation before I was finished.
