hard to believe this company can actually get more then 1 star review.they are below any acceptable level, rip off artists, amazing that such a big company can behave so thievery..... they literally steal money from you ever bill they send. amazing.

On the phone more than 20 minutes with support, just to cancel installation appoint. Horrible, horrible phone tree, then nice people but infuriating process. They want to turn you back over to sales, I suppose to convince you not to cancel. I've heard horror stories about Comcast. They were terrific in Minneapolis but simply awful in south Florida, where calls are routed offshore.
