I can't tell you how many hours I spent on the phone with this company regarding installation in my new home. My initial experience with the sales department was great. Then I was contacted by Sharon from the ""collections"" department at 3:30pm the day I was moving from out of state to Richmond asking for photo ID to be faxed, copies of utility bills and other proof of ownership of my home by the end of the business day or my appointment would be cancelled. After trying to explain to numerous reps that I was in the middle of moving from another state and did not have access to utility...
