Comcast came out to the mobile home park I live in on New Year's Eve and laid a cable from one junction box to another(over 4 mobile home sites) and left the cable laying on the ground and across my electric box, and have not been back to do anything with the cable since. Awful. Just switched to Century Link. Internet was immediately 10x faster at 1/2 the price.

Yelp deleted my last review because I reviewed more than one comcast even though I had dealt with more than one comcast. So review of yelp I'll leave here too: 1 star. But as far as comcast goes? Worst company you could possibly deal with. Underpaid unhappy employees that will put you on hold forever …

COMCAST SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never been more displeased with a service in my adult life.

We have business class service and are currently moving locations. In order to accommodate the move we've been required to extend our contract by three years. In other words...they won't move our service if we don't comply with their demands and we'd still be receiving the bill or face penalties for breach of contract. I'm almost tempted to pay the $1800 to not have to deal with this company again. Oh, and that's right...in order to get out of the contract you have to pay 75%...
