I saw Dr. Hess and just thought he was ok. Wasn't very helpful about making a decision regarding contacts. Test weren't as thorough as other optometrist that I have seen.

Dr Hess saw myself, my husband, and our 14 month old son. He was wonderful. Extremely thorough, patient, and efficient. I love his staff too: very professional and smiley. We will definitely go back.

Excellent service & well informed & friendly staff. Love the service where they take a photo of you in a variety of frames--it helps make the choice easier when you have trouble seeing with your glasses off!

Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer our questions and explain everything to us along the way. The whole process (eye exam, picking out / ordering glasses) was a positive experience.
