I was hesitant at going into this establishment at first due to the location and the limited size of the store. Once inside my thoughts and opinion changed drastically. The owner is typically there everyday working the front desk. He was friendly and reasonable with his prices. He rotates his bulbs frequently ensuring that his customers get their money's worth and maintains a clean salon. ...

Very nice people and comfortable place to go. A little small, but the courtesy makes up for the building.

I Love it that more Stores are opening in Phoebus and "Color Me Tan" is my favorite. Not only are the prices great but the service and the staff are even better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!
