this apartment complex amazing very nice from inside and outside
management and maintenance very friendly and helpful I really like this apartment I lived 2 years in colony village apartment I loved and the price very reasonable thank you.

It's close to Fort eustis and affordable for the first year, then the landlord will steadily increase the price. You can hear the neighbors through the walls. The downstairs bathroom is kitchen. The heating unit doesn't cover all of the parts of the apartment,same for the a/c so be ready for high electric and gas bills. Nothing is included in the rent, so all utilities are on you.

Colony Apts is an oasis located right on Warwick Blvd. The complex is pushed off of Warwick hidden behind a huge white building, with two small entrances. The complex has assigned parking so you never have to worry about having a spot.
