HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! From day one they messed up my paperwork and stalked me for an additional $35 and tried to ask me to resign my lease due to their mistake. Then a few months later they started the eviction process on me from another "accounting" error. On the letter I received on my door notifying me of this it stated that they had put it there a week earlier. It basically was just backdated by their employees to protect themselves from their mismanagement. Water for 1 person ranges from $40-$50 per month for one person and it is a shared water plan. I looked into this and although not illegal, highly unethical. My water bill is now 1/4 of what it used to be and it is for 2 people and 2500 sq/ft. They will also charge you a $300 non-refundable apartment cleaning fee before you move in, then charge you more cleaning fees when you move out! Finally, the best part is after you move out they wait a month, send you another bill with many "Misc" charges that they can't explain, then try to send you to collections if you don't pay. Watch out for this place or they will try to take you to the cleaners as well. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING! GET IT IN WRITING! Fortunately, I handle contracts on a daily basis and I was able to legally protect myself, but I saw with my own eyes other tenants that were taken advantage of during my time there. Therefore, my advice to you is "RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!"
Is a nice and quite complex amazing and wonderful people
no phone signal, expensive utilities, forced to pay for cable, and everything in the apartments too old... dont be fooled by how nice it looks.
I was previously renting a town home for $850, and didn't think it was close to enough space for two people and a dog. The two bedroom for $828 is great, and having two bathrooms is awesome. The kitchen is a little small, but it's workable. The neighborhood is quiet. I haven't heard or seen any parties here. The open parking is a blessing and a curse, but there is a lot of it available.
