My daughter is a William and Mary College student and rented a townhouse from this company for the 2010-2011 school years. The house was filthy when she and her two housemates moved in. The towel racks and toilet paper holder were hanging from the wall; there were spiders and roaches infesting the house, etc. It took numerous attempts to have these issues resolved and the owner of this company...
