I lived in these apt for 6 yrs and they do not maintain the apts, a/c and heat always beaks ( ours broke 3 times in a year), the plumbing is old and always clogs up, your vehicles get damaged, they are rude, and when you move out they get pissed and try to charge you for damages that don't even exist!!
