I questioned Gary about the job and he was unfailingly patient and helpful. The work was scheduled for the next day and the locksmith showed up as scheduled and was very helpful and informative about my options. My elderly Mom had trouble Sunday getting in her door due to old lock damage, I called the next morning they came and help her that day with a new lock and the man was very nice , my Mom said. Now as the daughter [long distance] I have peace of mind that she's safe. Thanks a lot

Very thorough. FIxed the lock, then adjusted the door for us -- it hasn't closed this easily in years. Seemed a little pricey, but I haven't hired locksmiths often enough to know the going rate.
