I purchased a 2013 KIA optima sx turbo last yr and I have had 3 radios installed because they do not seem to work. When I spoke to the service manager Ronald he told me my warranty was up at 36000 mi and there was nothing he could do. I asked him how can he speak about a warranty with defective parts?!
