This complex is poorly managed. Water bills are outrageous, you are stuck paying for cable, even if you don't use it, pest control is lousy. rate horrible

I love the location! 9 blocks from the oceanfront, can't beat it! The maintenance and leasing staff are also awesome - very efficient and friendly. I never run into the usual "apartment rental issues" like having a hard time finding parking or loud/strange night time activity. It's always super peaceful at night and my neighbors all nice people. I love my apartment, great price, great...

Apartment complex was decent until recently taken over by MAA. MAA charges more for rent than the previous apartment owners. It's the same apartment for more money.

Very friendly, nice community,good school,wslking distance from the beach. Office is on the premises and they are so friendly and understanding when it comes to your need.I been living here for 12 years and love this community.
