Colonial Carwash

Poor Service and Extremely Unsanitary Customer service!!

Very poor service, I went to the colonial carwash on 12 Feb and the machine was broken in the stall, I paid$ 12.00 and the machine was NON FUNCTIONNG! I went to the door to ask the attendant for either my $ 12.00 back or a complimentary car wash for me. The person that emerged was unshaven with about 3 days of facial growth, he had a mouth full of missing teeth and he stunk. I asked him for either my 12.00 dollars back or a car wash...he the started going off on me, calling me a liar, I then said I was going to call the police for petty larceny of my 12.00 if he if he did not take care of it. He then simply went over to the machine (as I knew he would) and I got the car wash that I had paid for the night before. This place is NASTY, NASTY, and more NASTY!! I am going all over my social media sites to advise all Williamsburg people and all around too about the NASTY thing with no teeth and not showering, stinko thing that dwells at the car wash behind his NASTY door!
