This place always seems busy, but I've been very lucky if I needed a seat. Customer service is pretty good. Place is usually tidy, but there are times I think they should check their trash bins...

Given it's location at the Americana in Glendale, it is one of the busier CBTL locations. Seating is very limited here but it's a nice place sit and relax or maybe study. Not great for groups...
