I had a receipt from the Willow Lawn store dated back about 4 years. I took it to the
Short Pump store today and was treated like royalty even though I told them I was using the receipt. The customer service was some of the best I have had and they even gift boxed one of my three items. (I wore the other two out.)

Yes, I will be back and I will continue to highly recommend them.

ive been shopping there for 16 years and the staff and service are the best, I cant believe you would even say something so ignorant like that. A locally owned business run by one women, would not have become so successful by scamming you out of your ten dollars. your an idiot.
