Stay away

This is the WORST PCP in Hampton Roads. He's already been sanctioned by his board for fraud--his clerks never write referrals, file the right paperwork, do the right stuff with the insurance--so what does he DO? (Other DRs hate him, too)

Dr. Cochran has been my primary physician for over 18 years. He has always been considerate and understanding of my needs. Sure sometimes wait times are long, and the staff may forget to smile, but that is not the norm. I highly recommend Dr. Cochran and kudos to his team.
