I had an on-the-job injury in 8/09. Diagnosed by PA as having torn rotator cuff (R shoulder)and was told I had a bulging disc in my back. The claim was submitted to Worker's Comp for my back, but denied b/c diagnosed as degen lumb (which is simply arthritis in lower back). i was told several claims were submitted and worker's comp denied the lower back claim.
