I rated "1" star but i wished "0" was available. We contracted to transport a group of students to the prom and because he air was malfunctioning, the kids were sweating from the lack of cool air. When I contacted them regarding this issue, they were extremely inconsiderate and rude. They told me to prove that the air did not work. Now what reputable business does that. I feel like they took advantage because it was kids involved. Wished I had seen the prior review before contracting with them. Found out too they have provided poor service to other people that I know. Contact Broadway Bus Tours in Norfolk if you need bus/coach service. We used them to transport our family to graduation and the service was great.
Shady from the beginning. The "General Manager" gave me one price during one call, and another price during the next call. When the Contract came over, it was yet another price. I very clearly communicated that this was a Birthday Party for a Navy individual who was coming home from deployment and was a smoker. I was assured that there would be no problem with people smoking. When I got the contract, it stated No Smoking. When I sent an e-mail back asking that the error be corrected on the contract, I got a call from the General Manager saying that "somehow" the owner found out about the party and they were "freaking out" that people were going to be smoking. After extensive discussion with the "owner", he offered to let the partiers smoke if I paid an additional $300 for detailing (bait and switch?). Not willing to pay $1200 for a bus ride, we cancelled. He promised that he had immediately refunded the card on the 14th, however, the bank kept saying that there was no evidence of the refund. After repeated messages to the "owner", the refund was finally applied on the 27th. Unfortunately, this was after the party date which meant that funds budgeted for the party were not available. This is a completely unethical company who will not deliver on agreements made by their representatives, nor are they willing to make things right. Stay away...FAR, FAR AWAY!
