Poor service and unkempt employees

They had to reschedule but didn't call till the last min, after I had taken the day off work so my boyfriend wouldn't have to. When 2 guys finally came out to do the windows they smelled so bad that I couldn't stand to be near them. The installers also smoked on my property while working which I find to be very rude and brought the smoke smell in my house. The repairs were satisfactory but...
