Are zero stars possible? Guess not, but that may be too high...

Used to be a reliable honest company. Oh how things have changed. Was referred word of mouth a few years back for a separate laptop with great results. That was when it was ""Richmond Computer Guy."" Where did he go? What is there now cannot even give a straight answer after a month. Still don't have the computer back and not sure I ever will.

2 things to remember...add a few weeks (months) to the time they say, and NEVER pay upfront! You've been warned!

I hate to discredit any business, but we were not at all happy with the services rendered. Cloud had the computer for almost three weeks and charged the proverbial arm and a leg. When the computer finally was available for pickup it came back almost as a different computer (and not in a good way.)
They removed Microsoft Word and replaced it with another word processing program. Other programs were deleted or rendered unusable and had to be reinstalled or replaced. To try to straighten out what had been ""fixed"" my husband had to purchase an additional registry fix program to try to correct...

I have had multiple issues with our computers and they put us on their cloud service. Anytime we have an issue we smply call them and they remotely fix it. I had never heard of a service like this but it is the best thing ever, it is totally worth it and the staff are always so friendly and professional.
