Absolutely sad how his office works, no one returns your calls, called at least once a week for a month, and no calls back. Gave up after waiting 3 months, still no call back. Dr. Cleveland is very kind and knowledgeable and suggests supplements and lifestyle changes. He needs to hire a complete new set of people to work for him. I need to find a different doctor.

Dr Cleveland is up on the latest non-drug solutions and has great recommendations for lifestyle changes to help you avoid drugs. And he always takes time to explain things.

Tried to make appts on several occasions only to leave messages on a recorder. Phone calls are never returned and phone is never answered . The receptionist here is terrible my sons have already gone to a new doctor. Sad I like the Doctor but can get no return calls.

They never answer the phone. They never call you back. Almost seems like he doesn't want patients or is fixing to get out of treating patients altogether. Attention to patients and follow up is very lacking.

I like Dr. Cleveland but it is impossible to reach him. Staff never returns phone calls even to say "You need an appointment" or "Your test results aren't in yet". My first visit took 3 weeks to schedule, playing telephone tag with the one lady who would call you back and who now does not work there any longer. Also tried email and no response. I am ending up having to drive to the office...
