I received a credit for the money I lost on 3/30/12 because today 4/1/12 there was an attendant present. I want to thank Taylor for being helpful and patient even though I was nasty.

Stay away from the touch free car wash. The yellow lines are not in line with safety rails inside of the car wash. I was within the yellow lines and my front right rim came in contact with the ""safety"" rail inside the wash and it was damaged. This wash is not maintained and it shows. I would choose another car wash if you have the option.

Stay Away!! If I could give it less than one star, I would. The touchless carwash side's screen didn't work after swiping my card. I was weary to drive to the next one thinking that this will give them a free charge to my card for a carwash i didn't use. I still drove to the "soft-touch" carwash right next to it. After purchasing the top wash and added $2 for rainex, the carwash openned...

I am a member of their "unlimited car wash club" but the service is very poor. Many times I drive up to get my car washed and the car wash is not working. There is usually no employee to address my concerns. I am going to drop my direct deposit as soon as possible.
