The customer service in this store is horrible. Don't go in if you expect to not have to pay more then your vacuum originally was, and don't go in if Walmart/Vacuum company sent you they will claim it is not under warranty. Worst service I have ever had. They yelled at me for something that I had no control over.
We needed a central vac repaired. When we asked, the lady said it would be no problem and asked to bring the attachments for it. When I brought the attachments the next day, she couldn't remember who I was or find the vacuum that I brought the day before. She also couldn't say even approximately when the vacuum would be done and promised to call in about a week. A week later I went to check on...
