This a real dive. Cement floor, formica tables, tiny booths. That said, Barb & I are regulars. The scallops are good and the fried catfish & hushpuppies, clams casino, oyster stew and steamed shrimp are all good. But, their oysters are legendary. They serve the best plate of Oysters Rockefeller in town. To die for.

What a great find! Traveling through on our way from NJ to FL we came upon Clayton's (didn't want the usual chain/fast food). Homey atmosphere, yummy food, excellent service and friendly wait staff made it a perfect supper stop for our family.

Definitely one of our town's hidden treasures. It's a relatively small, locally owned restaurant. I'm not a huge seafood fan myself, but I love this place. I recommend the crab au gratin!

A local favorite for over 40 years, this family style restaurant is famous for their Oyster Rockefeller and crab au gratin and they provides a full menu of "quality seafood at quality prices," as well as a variety of landlubber entrees.
