Housekeeping does a terrible job

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 11/11/16. We checked into our room and then left for the evening. The room itself looked fine but I agree with others about the rooms being very dark. I recently stayed in this hotel for only two nights. At first I thought I just got bit twice as a result of something minuet. However, the second night I awakened terrified and upset that I had approximately 81 bites all over my body (red, itching, swelling). The room was extremely dark and lighting extremely dim. Elvis Weekend

Wonderful time at the Elvis Festival this past weekend. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful! Horizons Restaurant has good food and service. Room was clean, no bugs which is always important to me! Would definitely stay here again.

Elvis Fest at the Clarion

Top notch hotel. Ballroom, restaurant, lounge - all good. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Smoothest check-in we have experienced in a long time. Location is great, and they are right on the beach. Plenty of convenient parking, with overflow available right across the street. The Elvis Fest was fantastic !
