This hotel was horrible. It was dirty, we didn't have towels in our room, the staff was rude, and much more. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I will never go back.

LOcation was convenient to the convention center\n\nEverything else. The hotel staff was aloof and poorly informed. Felt that the staff was not trusted nor were the guests. The hotel has put precautions in place so not to be taken advantage of from their clients - did not feel safe.\n\nThe hotel felt as though it was serving a homeless population and was staffed by a demographic that showed...
