DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! He will rip you off and not care to let you know it. My entire deposit was squandered away because of false charges he pretty much said he could do it just because. I was charged for carpet cleaning when I lived there for three years and that is obviously something that needs done and also the water heater broke twice leaving a stain and he never got anyone out the second time to clean it. I was charged for 3 valences when I never took the original ones down and his own words when we moved in were ""my wife threw those up last minute, so do what ever you want...
