If you are looking here, make sure you get an upstair apt. Anyother floor you will hear the folks up stairs walking, even the pets. The noise on the stairs echos throughout the apt. Patios or balconies floors are not solid so if your neightbors spills or water plants above you, guess what. Your patio will be wet with whatever they spilled above you. I am a current resident. This place is a great value. The price for the amount of space and quality of staff and amenities is hard to beat. You have convenient access to 85 and 147. Only about 5 mins from downtown. I have plenty of storage and closet space which was really important to me. The staff is super helpful, maintenance is very prompt. I came across this place by accident and met the sales team. His name is Patrick and he was unbelievable in making me feel special with his truthful answers and his perfect personality, I was sold. I have never seen a place so beautiful. My apartment is perfect and the people here are so nice I feel like part of a family. The staff in the office must be the best in the triangle and they are the example. Patrick showed me this place how he took the time the way he did just blew me away.
