I have rented from City Real Estate for few years and it has been a very unpleasant experience. They do not like to be bothered with any type of inconvenience. Moving from Southern California in Nov. was hard but Kay made it easier. We found a rental we liked in October. In Nov. we were so lucky that it was still available! And Kay was such a pleasure to work with. The oak floors were redone just prior to our moving in. Everything was clean and turn key.Kay's care of her clients goes the extra mile. I feel like I have made my first friend in Asheville.
