Poor service. Called and asked for a receipt or even asked if he could email me that he cleaned our carpet and he claimed he couldn't after we paid for service. The worked seemed rushed and there were plenty of areas that looked questionable prior to leaving. Prompt (early actually), efficient, and friendly. And they did a great job, even getting up a rust stain I wasn't sure would come out.

I called this company to come out and stretch the carpet in our basement. We had a water leak & had to pull up the carpet to keep it from molding. They offered fast, friendly service. He came in & had the work done in less than an hour. Explained everything that he did and helped me put the bed back in the room when he was finished. I was extremely happy and will certainly be calling them again...

I had purchased a Groupon and Alex was able to schedule me the very next day after I called. He was on time, courteous, and finished in about an hour. I was very pleased to see that he was able to remove all of the various stains just as well as one of the better known and more expensive companies. I will definitely use SteamLine again!

Alex cleaned a hall and large living room and stretched the carpet there as well, excellent, efficient work. Helped with some big furniture, caused minimal disruption, and was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.
