Living at the Cirque... Beautiful building, newly updated gym, small but decent dog walk area, beautiful infinity pool. Onsite concierge and valet. I have lived in several buildings in Up Town and Victory Park. The Cirque is by far my favorite. Parking can be limited during events at the AAC but I expected that after all the building is 200 feet from the AAC. The pool deck is awesome, it's large and it has a great view of downtown. Cirque is one of the nice luxury apartments in Dallas. HOWEVER, I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to choose somewhere else!!! The management staff here is the worst I've ever...

I have found Cirque to be a great community for a busy professional. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities are kept clean and updated. The gym is complete enough that I don't feel a need for a membership elsewhere. The apartments are spacious; maintenance responds promptly to problems.
