Contrary to what the previous reviews said, I've never had bad experience with them. They've always been prompt and my pets have been taken well care of. I'm not understanding where the complaints are from. I never noticed an employee use bleach, I've smelt a lemon scent before. I'm actually adopting one of the kittens there, she had no problem letting her go. Everytime I go, my dog is excited. I would think dogs would know what kind of place they are going to. My dog wouldn't be excited to go a place where he may be mistreated.

I left my dog at this kennel, and almost left when I forgot my car keys inside, when I entered back in the building and took a peek in the back room I saw the owner using her canes through the fence to hit my dog. Needless to say she won't be getting any business from myself or my friends. Beware of her. If you love your animals don't leave them here.

This place is run down, overgrown, and the owner appears to be in poor health. One young lady was working in the back mopping the floor with chlorine bleach. I was coughing and it was taking my breath away. I do not know how the animals in the cages were taking it. She had cages sitting on tables or stands with a small dog in each one. I guess this was to avoid having to bend down to open the cage doors. The runs are gravel, had dog waste in them, and tall weeds. Louise called to complain that our dog was not housebroken. Which this dog is not perfect by any means but she rarely has...

I would never board any of my animals here. The place is disgusting, just after getting a tour of the place I could hardly breath from all the dust and mold. The dogs only have about 6 hours a day of play time, and there isn't even enough room for them to play. Each run outside is only about two and a half feet wide, and most of them are filled with weeds 4 feet tall. This causes a danger to the dogs because the weeds are a great place for snakes and bees to hang out.

Louise, the owner, is both verbally and physically abusive to the animals. I have personally seen her smack dogs with...
