Yelled at my mom and charged her for 2 gallon of paint but used 1 gallon. BE CAREFUL Rude and leaked after job was completed. She had to hire another contracted to stop the leak. 2009

I got several estimates on a leak in my skylight a few months back, and decided to go with the cheapest estimate from Chris Normile . Other roofers suggested replacing the skylight; he suggested a new roof membrane for $2,500. The new roof looked good and the installation guys were nice, but it didn't affect the leak in the skylight at all. Did he misdiagnose the problem? Now he's telling me to...

Normile is a total jerk. As prior review said, "avoid at all costs." He is a liar and should have his license revoked.

I had a terrible experience with Chris Normile. He violated the contract by not removing the old roof. When I called he showed up once (appeared to be drunk) to look at the new roof that was still puddling and roofing and smeared some tar in a few places, and ignored future calls. I filed a small claims suit against him and he never showed up in court. When I looked up his name in the court...

Non-responsive and irresponsible. His guarantee is meaningless and he refuses to return phone calls. Less than three years ago I had an entirely new roof installed. Since that time it has leaked four times and flooded the interior of my house on every occassion. Normile has ignored repeated phone calls and messages for over eight months.
